Gail brings over 20 years of expertise in interpersonal dynamics and the psychology of change to her coaching, facilitation and consulting work. She helps organizations to achieve measurable success in improved communication, ability to motivate and retain employees, and developing high potentials into leaders.

Gail is a subject matter expert in employee engagement, career development, collaborative problem-solving approaches, and creating high performing teams. She incorporates accountabilities into all of her programs to ensure that strategic outcomes are being met.

Gail is known for her exceptional client service and program management skills. She is a clear communicator and ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of program goals and desired outcomes and checks in frequently with her executive sponsors to ensure that the desired results are being achieved.

Gail started her consulting career working with family owned businesses. With a background in psychology and a previous career as a therapist, she is well versed in family dynamics and how they play out in the workplace. Group and team dynamics follow similar patterns and her clients find that her background in psychology has been a great benefit in getting teams unstuck and resolving long-standing inter-office conflicts and manager/employee challenges.

Gail has worked with large, complex federal agencies, Fortune 100 companies, not-for-profits, and small to medium sized companies. Industries have included public utilities, pharma, manufacturing, finance, technology, engineering, law firms and healthcare.

Gail serves clients across the nation and has offices in Washington DC and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Gail received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Action Learning Coach through the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL). Gail also holds a certificate in Peer Coaching and is certified in a wide variety of workplace assessment tools.

Gail lives in Washington DC and enjoys hiking, her book club, meditation, and spending time with family and friends.
