Developed by The Center for Applied Cognitive Studies, The WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0™ is a personality assessment that provides information on 5 Supertraits and 23 Subtraits that clearly explain work-related behaviors that all leaders experience every day in themselves, their co-workers, employees, managers and colleagues.
