Leadership Development 360SM Assessment

Developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Leadership Development 360SM is a 360-degree feedback assessment-for-development tool that provides customizable options to address specific leadership needs and features scientifically developed competencies. 360 BY DESIGNSM is highly customizable and can assess any of the CCL 94 research-grounded competencies and five derailment factors. Each competency has between three and 16 questions (behavioral items). To maintain psychometric integrity, the items cannot be modified. As a result, the instrument can be customized to address the behaviors and skills important to high performance in your organization. It can be short, long, focused or general.
