Conflict Dynamics Profile^® Assessment Consultants

The Conflict Dynamics Profile^® (CDP) was developed by The Leadership Development Institute to prevent harmful conflict in the workplace. It provides managers and employees with a greater awareness of how they respond when faced with conflict so that they can improve on those behaviors causing most problems. This assessment is available as a self-reporting tool or a 360-degree assessment.

The Conflict Dynamics Profile^® Feedback Report presents results in text form as well as in clear, understandable tables and graphs. The 22-page Feedback Report includes ways of responding to conflict that include:
