As a trusted advisor to top leadership, she provides insight, tough feedback and the collaborative environment within which the future can be powerfully envisioned and systematically enabled.

During the course of her professional career, Anna has facilitated leadership development, executive education and executive coaching across a broad range of industries, working with companies that include Michelin, Shell, Fluor, Bechtel, Bayer, Bertelsman, Sandia National Labs, Cargill, Lucent, Nike, Raytheon, Bank of Canada and Ford Motor Company, as well as numerous government agencies. Anna lives in Durango, Colorado with her husband and two teenagers. In the little amount of spare time she has, Anna enjoys hiking and horseback riding in the mountains and high country deserts of the southwest with her family and friends. Her idea of the perfect end to an active day is a quiet soak in the local hot springs. She and her family have traveled extensively in Norway and Sweden and have strong connections to their friends there. Anna is also a volunteer consultant for The Shanta Foundation, a Durango-based non-profit focused on providing sustainable solutions to rural poverty in Myanmar.
