What Clients Say About Amy

“Thank you for the incredible, thought-provoking coaching experience I have had with you over the last several months. I cannot express in words how much I have gained – ours may have been the most impactful conversations of my entire life.”  –EVP Communications, Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Corporation

“Amy has helped me help our organization grow up. As a result of her leading me into leadership, a new sense of maturity and stability has replaced a more tumultuous work culture. She helped me develop a vision of what it means to lead an organization. She taught me how to think for the organization and how to identify strategic issues that needed attention. She gave meaning and form to words like inspiration, motivation and compassion so that I could find ways to do this that were natural and genuine. We laughed, had fun, and worked hard. It takes a remarkable and gifted individual with inordinate patience and courage to be able to do what she did for me and (our company).” –Managing Partner, Law Firm

“Amazing. Far beyond my already high expectations. Very insightful and skillful. I went places about myself I did not expect to.”  –VP, Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm

“Amy helped me identify a key issue that impacts everything I do. From the first second to the last of our coaching process, it was clear the coaching was all about me. She made insightful and thought-provoking linkages within and across the data. She has an uncanny insight into my persona and the ability to shine light without judgment on areas I had missed, both strengths as well as false assumptions that were making me work harder than I needed to work. She was also surprisingly quick at understanding the culture of my organization and the implications of the situation I was dealing with.” –Senior Professor and Medical Doctor, Public University/Hospital

“I have had other executive coaches, but Amy is far superior – she ties all of the elements together, from personal to professional. She has been beyond helpful.” –Communications Director, Fortune 100 Food/Beverage
