Tracy serves AvoLead clients as a strategic leadership consultant in talent management, team performance and organizational development. Specializing in the design of global strategies for profitability and growth, she has a unique talent for maximizing corporate, team and individual performance. Her experience as an executive coach, keynote speaker and trainer allows her to help AvoLead clients identify key business and performance objectives and effectively implement and integrate strategies to meet them.

Tracy crafted her skills on the front lines of corporate Human Resource management with GMAC Insurance (in North Carolina and Missouri) and later, as VP of HR for Furniture Values International, LLC (FVI) in Phoenix. Responsible for all human resource functions and global business operations, she developed a critical communications model for FVI’s U.S./Asia relations, reaching across cultural barriers to bring people together. She was instrumental in upgrading all supply chain business practices to include people, process and technology.

With an undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, Tracy has continued her education with training in employment law, targeted selection and talent selection instruments. She is active in both the American Society for Training and Development and the Society for Human Resources Management.

With homes in Arizona and North Carolina, Tracy is able to meet with clients in all parts of the U.S. She and her husband, James, are avid musicians and very involved in the arts in their community. Her son is a jazz drummer in his high school and her college daughter is involved with animal advocacy. Together, they love anything associated with nature and traveling.
