What clients say about Pandora:
“She did a wonderful job of keeping things flowing and asking questions of me to bring out what was needed to improve my overall performance. Pandora did an awesome job of helping me go through the 360° feedback survey. Yes, I have had two of these before, but this was by far the best.” –Sales Director, Consumer Products Manufacturer
“Thanks for always seeking to add value. The 360° feedback process would probably be in a shambles without you, and instead, it is one of the best tools we have. Thanks for your tenacity and passion for a quality outcome for our employees.” –Senior HR Director, Consumer Products Manufacturer
“The feedback session provided a safe environment to talk about weaknesses, express concerns, and test ideas. I knew that Pandora was there to support me, but also point me towards opportunities for improvement. She was completely on my team without being a “yes” person. She gave me compelling and relevant resources and helped guide me to a greater appreciation of my 360. She was supportive, patient and focused. She was always present and engaged. She actively listened, acknowledged the dynamics and context behind some of my scores, but didn’t allow me to gloss over any chances to improve my performance. In a word, she GREAT!” –Senior Customer Service Manager – Consumer Products Manufacturer
“In my 360° feedback session, I had the ability to ‘open up without fear.’ This gave Pandora and me the opportunity to really take a look at the results of the 360 and focus on my development plan. Since she was a qualified outside consultant, I felt no fear in sharing with her my thoughts about my further development. Doing so within my company can make anyone feel vulnerable. I really felt connected with her and feel she knows and understands me. I also think she offers guidance and feedback in a very positive way; one that allows me to draw the obvious conclusion without feeling like it was forced on me. I hope to continue my professional relationship with Pandora going forward.” –Senior Sales Director, Consumer Products Manufacturer
“I wanted to thank you for leading us so well in our staff team retreat yesterday. We spent some time today debriefing the experience, and we all affirmed the value of the experience and your leadership. Working through the MBTI together opened some windows of understanding and gave us some new insights into why each of us works the way he/she does. As well, I think the event laid the foundation for some better communication and cooperation. We have already implemented some of the things we talked about yesterday! All in all, it was a very positive experience. Thank you again for your fine leadership. We appreciate your time and expertise.” –Sr. Minister
