Nicole K. Berrios

Nicole serves AvoLead clients as a consultant and business development ambassador. With her polished interpersonal skills and a keen ability to spot the positive in most situations, Nicole works seamlessly to establish and maintain long-term relationships enjoyed by AvoLead members with their clients.

Her sales and customer service experience includes work within the real estate, banking and finance, publishing and automobile industries. She joined Saturn Automobile immediately upon graduating college, earning the award for Saturn’s “Best Walk-Around Sales Presentation” at the company’s Spring Hill, Tennessee facility. After spending time as an educator, teaching middle and high school English, she reentered the business arena within the Education Division of Scholastic Publishing. Nicole then struck out on her own as a real estate broker. She currently manages her own investment properties, helps others acquire their own and works as an exclusive buyer’s agent within the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.

Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations, from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She considers herself a perpetual student, always working to perfect her own interpersonal skills. She is a Paper Planes, Inc^® simulation certified facilitator and is qualified to use and interpret the Change Style Indicator^®, Influence Style Indicator™ and Decision Style Profile^® assessment tools.

Nicole resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband, Anthony and their sons, AJ and Samuel. An accomplished ballroom dancer and zumba enthusiast, Nicole rarely sits still. Items she can already tick off her bucket list include tandem skydiving, winning a ballroom dance competition and editing Anthony’s first novel, Once a Lover.
