What clients say about Connie
“I have known Connie personally and professionally for 20 years and have worked closely with her on nonprofit boards, community projects and in solving a variety of client problems through our two consulting businesses. During my 25-year banking career, I started BB&T University, a major learning and organizational development arm of the nation’s 13th largest bank. While I was a Senior VP at BB&T, Connie was instrumental in advising me (and the bank) on how to maximize team and organizational effectiveness with great success. She reflects the expertise and values of AvoLead—a trusted strategic partner with keen insights and exceptional leadership skills. She will be an asset to any organization or leader desiring to grow and ‘get better’.” –Organizational Consultant and former Senior Vice President, BB&T
“At the end of a leadership development course I attended, I had the fortunate opportunity to counsel with Connie Grant. In just a couple of hours, I was back on track. Immediately upon returning to work, I sought new opportunities, and altered my profile.” –Senior Vice President, Global Insurance Company
“After our top management received leadership training from Connie Grant, I had several comments on her warmth and listening skills. She was well received by all who were fortunate enough to spend time with her. That says a lot, as not all of our team wanted coaching to begin with. Connie left them wanting more.” –COO, National Executive Association
“I want to extend my sincere appreciation for all your efforts as ‘Executive Coach.’ Our discussion was helpful and very insightful and best of all…I was comfortable talking with you.” –Professor, a Midwestern university
